Try our Vanilla and Almond Porridge with Blueberries and Chia Seeds. This delicious porridge will keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning:


• 140g porridge oats
• 850ml almond milk
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 15g ground almonds
• 120g blueberries
• 1 tbsp. chia seeds
• Handful of flaked almonds
• Garnish: chia seeds, flaked almonds, blueberries


1. Place the oats, ground almonds, vanilla extract and milk in a pan and put on the heat.

2. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly making sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

3. Add the blueberries and chia seeds and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

4. To serve, garnish with flaked almonds, blueberries and chia seeds

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Handful of kale, 4 leaves
  • ½ stick of celery, chopped
  • ½ ripe pear, cored & quartered 
  • ½ apple, cored & quartered
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1cm piece of ginger
  • 1 ½ cups cold water

Add all ingredients to the container and blend until smooth.
