For a sweet twist on a traditional toastie recipe, why not try our delicious S’mores Toastie? With simple ingredients you probably already have on hand, this dessert is your new go to quick, sweet fix. For those who prefer to stick to a more traditional, savoury option, our Prosciutto and Mozzarella Panini is for you.

S’mores Toasties

Nothing says a cold winter’s night more than S'mores and a warm brew. To make our delicious S’mores Toastie you will need:

●     2 slices of bread (soft white bread is best)

●     1 tbsp hazelnut spread

●     A handful of chocolate chips

●     A handful of mini marshmallows

●     Cinnamon and brown sugar to taste

To begin, start by adding your spread to one side of your bread, followed by your choc chips and mini marshmallows. Then, simply pop your sandwich into your Medium Fit Grill, lightly dust with cinnamon and brown sugar, close the lid, and grill until golden and crispy.

Serve with your favourite warm beverage, pop on your favourite comfort movie and enjoy! Prosciutto and Mozzarella Panini

If you’re looking for a healthier snack or lunch option, we love this prosciutto and mozzarella panini. Perfect for those looking to be a touch more health conscious, our Medium Fit Grill also has a Clip-in Drip Tray to catch any unwanted fat or messy residue from the cheese. To create this delicious recipe, you will need:

●     2 slices of sourdough bread

●     2 slices of prosciutto (leftover ham or thinly sliced bacon also works a charm)

●     2 slices of mozzarella cheese

●     1 tbsp pesto

●     A handful of baby spinach leaves

●     4 sun-dried tomatoes

●     Fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste

Once you have gathered your ingredients, simply spread your pesto onto the bread and assemble your sandwich. Grill for 3-6 minutes or until golden brown. We love to serve our panini with a light garden salad or enjoy with a warm cup of soup for the ultimate throw-together lunch.
